In October 2023, Vietranstimex signed a contract to transport 30 vacuum foundation equipment - offshore wind power equipment components (Suction Bucket) from PTSC Thanh Hoa manufacturing factory to the complex area in Vung Tau for the Greater Changhua Offshore Wind Farm Project.

Previously, from September 2023, Vietranstimex mobilized a large amount of specialized equipment including SPT hydraulic trailers, 550t and 800t chain cranes and a team of engineers and skilled operators to carry out the work assemble and transport offshore wind power components of large size and volume in the manufacturing yard at PTSC Thanh Hoa Technical Services Joint Stock Company. After completion, these large components will continue to be transported to the Vung Tau complex area by sea.
